Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package including the box, the requested shipping speed and the distance of travel.
Shipping charges are not calculated based on the value or quantity of the items ordered.

Shipping Methods
All packages are shipped via UPS

Transit Times are as follows:
Ground- estimated shipping time 4-9 business days.
3 day select- estimated shipping time 3 business days
2nd day air- estimated shipping time 2 business days
Overnight- contiguous US only- estimated shipping time: 1 business day

Order Processing Time
Under most circumstances your order will be processed, packaged and mailed within five business days.

Tracking your order
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit.
